Who we are

Silence Spinner is operated by an independent developer. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach us through our contact page.

What we collect

• Account data: when you register, we store your email address. Your password is handled securely by our authentication provider and is never visible to us.
• Purchase data: when you buy lifetime access, your checkout is processed by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). We store the order id, checkout status, amount, and the email used at checkout so we can grant and maintain your access. Card details are never stored by us or by Base44 Payments.
• Affiliate data: if you become an affiliate, we store your referral code, the number of paid referrals you have made, your earnings balance, and your account email so we can pay you.
• Gift trigger data: when a TikTok gift webhook re-spins the wheel, we log the gift name and source so the streamer can see what triggered a spin. No viewer personal data is collected.
• Settings data: your timer segments, appearance and sound preferences are saved to your account so they persist between sessions.

Affiliate tracking

When someone visits Silence Spinner using an affiliate referral link (for example ?ref=CODE), that code is stored briefly so the sale can be attributed to the affiliate who shared it. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for affiliate attribution.

How we use your data

• To create and maintain your account and sign you in.
• To grant lifetime access after a successful payment and to revoke it if a charge is refunded.
• To track affiliate referrals and pay out affiliate earnings.
• To run the mute timer and save your preferences.

Payments

Payments are handled by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). Wix processes your card and checkout details; we only receive confirmation of the order, the amount, and the email used. We do not see or store your full card number.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, so we can maintain your lifetime access. Affiliate records are kept while your affiliate account is open. Gift trigger logs are kept for as long as you use the webhook feature. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the services needed to run Silence Spinner: our hosting and authentication provider (Base44), our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix), and, for affiliate payouts, the payment method you choose to receive earnings. We may disclose data if required by law.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop processing it. To make a request, contact us through our contact page. We will respond within one month.

Children

Silence Spinner is intended for streamers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, post a notice in the app.
